Job summary

United Industries, Inc. is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to uphold production equipment and electrical systems. You will perform skilled work across mechanics, electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, machining and welding, following technical instructions and safety rules.

The role requires an AA degree or 2-year technical training, or 3–5 years of related experience, with forklift operation certification preferred. OSHA safety standards apply daily in this on-site position.

Qualifications

• AA degree or two-year college, or 3–5 years related experience.
• Strong knowledge of mechanics, electronics and related systems.
• Demonstrated ability to read manuals and interpret schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on plant production equipment and electrical systems.
• Install, set up programming, troubleshoot and repair machinery and controls.
• Use NEC knowledge to install and maintain electrical systems safely.
• Assist training of other maintenance personnel as needed.
