Responsibilities:
  1. Perform all duties and responsibilities required of an Electrical Mechanical technician.
  2. Complete all maintenance functions on building, machinery, mechanical equipment, and structures independently.
  3. Conduct diagnostic and troubleshooting inspections, making adjustments and repairs as necessary.
  4. Construct machine components as required.
  5. Perform electrical and electronic work, including designing and installing electrical circuits and controls.
  6. Perform general building maintenance duties.
  7. Construct and repair structures and fixtures from wood, plywood, and wallboard following instructions.
  8. Troubleshoot, repair, and service hydraulic systems, including changing valves.
  9. Troubleshoot/Repair/Replace/Install Servo Control systems.
  10. Use laptop to troubleshoot PLC controls.
  11. Train and develop other maintenance personnel.
  12. Complete paperwork such as job cards, inspection reports, logs, etc.
  13. Work late evenings, early mornings, or other unscheduled hours for emergency repairs.
  14. Maintain a neat, organized, and safe work area.
  15. Ensure quality and safety of own work and compliance with company policies.
Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma with four or more years of industrial maintenance experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate's degree in industrial technology with emphasis on industrial maintenance, and four or more years of experience.
