We are a rapidly growing food manufacturer specializing in ready-to-eat meals, salads, and side dishes. As we expand into a new facility, we’re hiring a hands-on Electrical & Mechanical Technician who can keep production running by physically troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining machines on the floor. This is a full-time, first-shift role (7:30 AM-around 5:00 PM).
This position is for someone who’s most comfortable with tools in hand and panels open—tracking down failures, replacing components, rebuilding assemblies, and getting equipment back online quickly and safely. You’ll work on conveyors, motors, pumps, sensors, pneumatics, and automated equipment, and you’ll also handle electrical troubleshooting across 120V/208V/240V/480V systems. PLC/VFD familiarity is important, but the core need is a technician who can fix what’s broken and prevent it from breaking again. Electrical license/certification is a plus.
We’re seeking an experienced Electrical & Mechanical Technician to support day-to-day production by diagnosing issues, repairing equipment, and performing preventive maintenance. You will be the person who responds when a line is down—locating the fault, repairing or replacing the failed part, verifying safe operation, and documenting the fix.
You’ll work closely with operations and maintenance to improve reliability, reduce downtime, and keep equipment operating safely and consistently in a food manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is practical, calm under pressure, and confident working independently on mechanical and electrical repairs in a fast-paced facility.
