Qualifications

• Installing conduit, EMT, and sealtite independently to support system upgrades and expansions

We're hiring experienced Electrical/Mechanical Maintenance Technicians for our 103 Kindig Lane Facility in Hanover, PA. This is a critical, full-time role supporting automated conveyor systems and high-speed packaging equipment, with a focus on troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance. This role has a required shift of Friday to Sunday 5:55AM- 5:55PM.

Responsibilities:

Troubleshooting and repairing advanced conveyor belt systems and automated material handling equipment

Working with PLC systems, motor controls, DC/AC drives, and sensor-based automation

Installing, wiring, and maintaining electrical components like relays, motors, and panels

Performing preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and keep things running smoothly

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in industrial maintenance (electrical and mechanical)

Experience working with automated conveyor systems or warehouse distribution technology

Skilled in diagnosing issues with sensors, relays, VFDs, and control panels

Capable of lifting up to 100 lbs and working at heights up to 30 feet

Strong troubleshooting mindset and attention to detail

Experience in food manufacturing or packaging is a plus
