We're hiring experienced Electrical/Mechanical Maintenance Technicians for our 103 Kindig Lane Facility in Hanover, PA. This critical, full-time role supports automated conveyor systems and high-speed packaging equipment. It focuses on troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance. Required shift: Monday to Thursday 5:55 PM – 5:55 AM. We also offer a competitive sign-on and retention bonus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting and repairing advanced conveyor belt systems and automated material handling equipment.
• Working with PLC systems, motor controls, DC/AC drives, and sensor-based automation.
• Installing, wiring, and maintaining electrical components such as relays, motors, and panels.
• Performing preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and keep operations running smoothly.
• Reading electrical schematics and wiring diagrams accurately.
• Installing conduit, EMT, and sealtite independently to support system upgrades and expansions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in industrial maintenance (electrical and mechanical).
• Experience with automated conveyor systems or warehouse distribution technology.
• Skilled in diagnosing issues with sensors, relays, VFDs, and control panels.
• Capable of lifting up to 100 lbs and working at heights up to 30 ft.
• Strong troubleshooting mindset and attention to detail.
• Experience in food manufacturing or packaging is a plus.
