Job summary

Lamb & Associates Packaging, Inc. seeks a maintenance technician to perform preventative maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems across production equipment and plant facilities.

You will carry out skilled tasks including electrical, plumbing and carpentry work, install wiring and services, and assist the Maintenance Supervisor with project coordination and safety inspections. The role requires handling various hand and power tools, following checklists, and working in a non-climate

Qualifications

Ability to perform routine and extensive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems.
Ability to work with basic trade activities including electrical, plumbing and carpentry work.

Responsibilities

Performs skilled and semi-skilled maintenance activities across production equipment and plant systems.
Installs electrical wiring and equipment; services and replaces wiring as needed.
Consults with Maintenance Supervisor on electrical system issues and coordinates outside contractors.
Maintains and repairs hand and power tools to keep them safe and functional.
Completes daily, weekly and monthly maintenance checklists.
