Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must demonstrate good safety practices, especially LOTO and task planning.
• Proficient with CMMS and MS Office.
• Willing to work overtime and participate in on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on electrical distribution equipment, process control hardware, and related systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical problems on plant facilities and production equipment.
• Document maintenance concerns and resolutions in an electronic CMMS database.
• Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
• Work Monday–Friday 6:00am to 2:30pm; overtime, weekends, holidays, and on-call as needed.
• Identify equipment failures and communicate with stakeholders to minimize downtime.
• Operate machine tools in a shop setting as required (drill presses, saws, grinders, milling machines, etc.).
• Assist with pipe fitting and installation for various sizes and configurations.
