Job summary

Trinidad Benham is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Antioch, TN facility to support production equipment and perform preventive maintenance. The role requires strong electrical and mechanical expertise and the ability to read blueprints and schematics. You will work on 480V/277V systems, install gear, and maintain regulatory records.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Strong electrical and mechanical experience preferably in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage priorities and workflow.
• Flexibility and willingness to work within constantly changing priorities.
• Advanced Vocational training in Industrial Maintenance and Electrical.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical, electronic and mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting and repair on complex equipment.
• Perform maintenance, troubleshoot and repair of 480V 3 phase electrical control circuits, 277 volt single phase, 208 volt 3 phase supply voltage, 110 volt ac, 24 volt ac/dc machine control wiring, wiring motor starter, breakers, relays, switches, motor control circuits, device control circuits and PLC control systems.
• Running EMT.
• Machinery and equipment installation to include ability to read blue prints, electrical schematics, welding and sheet metal fabrication.
• Perform preventative maintenance as required on all systems and equipment.
• Maintain records to ensure accountability of time, parts and repairs to meet regulatory compliance.
