Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join our Gloucestershire-based operations on a day shift. The role focuses on maintaining electrical and mechanical systems, fault diagnosis, and proactive improvements to keep equipment running smoothly.

The successful candidate will read schematics, work with PLCs, and contribute to safety and productivity through reliable service. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential to meet high standards of quality and reliability.

Competenze

• Proven experience as a maintenance engineer in a manufacturing setting with strong electrical and mechanical knowledge.
• Appropriate qualifications and time-served experience.
• Familiarity with schematics and logic controllers is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written; team player and proactive.

Mansioni

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Install and improve plant, machinery, utilities, building and facilities.
• Read and interpret schematics to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions.
• Assist with machinery controls, programming and PLC-related requirements.
• Undertake engineering and site projects and document maintenance activities.
