Eliassen Group is seeking an Electrical-Mechanical Designer to model and draw mechanical hardware for elevator systems. The role uses Creo, Pro Cable, and E3 Zuken WD, with strong cross-functional communication and independent work capability.

Responsibilities include developing component solutions, 3D models, and drawings, supporting cost reduction, prototyping, and CN/system-level updates in a W2 contract setting with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with Creo 10 or higher.
• Pro Cable proficiency.
• NotePad programming experience.
• Modeling of components, assemblies and systems.
• Advanced math techniques for fit and feasibility.
• Welding, GD&T and material finishes in drawings.
• Parametric design and programming.
• Collaboration with engineers and internal customers.
• E3 Zuken wiring diagrams.

Responsabilités

• Provide design support to internal and external customers.
• Modify and develop new component solutions to increase robustness.
• Support resolution of engineering issues.
• Develop component and system level models and drawings.
• Support cost reduction efforts.
• Support FTB reduction.
• Support engineers with 3D studies and prototyping.
• Support CN process updates.
• Support system level model updates.
