Accurate Personnel is seeking Electrical & Mechanical Assemblers for a role in Elgin, IL. You will assemble electrical or mechanical components, using hand tools and power tools, while following detailed instructions to ensure quality and safety in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Starting pay ranges from $19 to $22 per hour, with weekly pay and a benefits package including medical, dental, and vision. A 2nd shift is available, and candidates should have prior assembly or manufacturing

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety policies and operating procedures
• Meet production and quality expectations
• Assist with additional manufacturing duties as assigned

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for an Electrical & Mechanical Assembler to join our team in Elgin, IL. These individuals will be responsible for assembling components and products according to specifications while maintaining quality, accuracy, and safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidates will have previous assembly or manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to follow detailed instructions.

Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at $19 to $22/hour, paid weekly

• 2nd shift schedule available


• Located in Elgin, IL

Duties and Responsibilities
