Job summary

Daimler Truck North America in Hibbing, MN is seeking team members to assemble electronic and mechanical components, interpret work orders, and perform tests to ensure production standards are met.

Starting pay ranges from $18.40 to $25.97 per hour with quarterly gainsharing and shift differential for off-shifts, plus a comprehensive benefits package. Onsite role with potential overtime; relocation not offered.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions and diagrams.
• Ability to perform simple math and basic writing.

Responsibilities

• Interpret work orders, production routers, BOMs or manuals.
• Assemble electronic/mechanical assemblies.
• Perform go-no-go testing and inspections.
• Operate production equipment for PCB assembly.
• Box and label products per standards.
• Overtime and weekend work may be required.
