  • Read, analyze, and interpret electrical schematics for industrial machinery
  • Install electrical components according to engineering documentation and the National Electric Code (NEC)
  • Use precision measuring tools to ensure tight tolerances and exact fits
  • Test functionality and document results using tools such as multimeters and meggers
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with motors, heaters, PLCs, valves, and safety circuits in collaboration with engineers and production
  • Build capital equipment from start to finish, supporting custom and one‑off builds
  • Operate shop tools and machinery, including drill presses and overhead cranes
  • Assist with other tasks to support production workflow
  • Occasional travel to customer or supplier sites may be required
Qualifications and Experience

  • Analytical problem‑solver with experience using diagnostic tools and testing devices
  • Skilled in applying basic algebra, geometry, and handbook equations for technical tasks
  • Experience with hydraulic systems is highly valued
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely in a shop environment
