Role Description

In this full‑time, on‑site role located in Mount Pleasant, SC, Electrical, Mechanical, and Industrial Engineers will contribute to the design, development, and support of integrated platforms and mission solutions. Day‑to‑day responsibilities may include designing mechanical and electrical systems, creating and updating CAD models, and performing engineering analyses to ensure reliability and performance. Engineers will support maintenance and inspection activities, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide recommendations for system improvements and upgrades. The role involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams, preparing technical documentation, and supporting field operations and equipment testing to meet project requirements and quality standards. Team members will also engage with stakeholders to understand requirements, ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, and help deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Strong Mechanical Engineering and Automotive‑related skills, with the ability to design, analyze, and support mechanical systems and components.
• Proficiency in Computer‑Aided Design (CAD) tools for creating, modifying, and reviewing detailed engineering drawings and models.
• Experience with Maintenance practices for mechanical and electrical equipment, including troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to perform Inspection and quality checks to ensure systems meet specifications, safety requirements, and QA standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certifications are a plus.
• Familiarity with military or defense‑related systems, government contracting environments, or mission‑critical communications is beneficial.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and adherence to safety and quality procedures.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team, communicate technical information clearly, and support on‑site operations.
