The role combines hands-on electrical assembly with process development, creating work instructions, managing inventory, applying Lean/5S, and leading continuous improvement

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
• 2+ years in manufacturing, electrical assembly, or related technical environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain standardized manufacturing processes and procedures.
• Create and update work instructions and process documentation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements increasing productivity, quality, and safety.
• Support prototype development and transition new products into production.
• Read and interpret customer orders, engineering drawings, specifications and build sheets.
• Assemble products according to customer specifications and quality requirements.
• Inspect completed assemblies and document production results.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing and 5S initiatives.
