Job summary

CTS Technology Solutions, Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical Manufacturing Planner for a 12+ month on-site contract in San Antonio, TX. The role requires a secret clearance to start and offers a 4x10 shift with 100% onsite work.

You will support the technical statement of work from the San Antonio location and help drive manufacturing plans, MBOMs, and cost analyses. Responsibilities include leading complex supplier integrations, developing tooling requirements, and ensuring compliance

Qualifications

5+ years manufacturing planning experience with electrical systems.
Experience with GOLD.

Responsibilities

Plans and leads department processes for developing and maintaining manufacturing plans, MBOMs, and work instructions.
Develops manufacturing concepts and strategies to meet business objectives.
Prepares build analyses and cost estimate reports.
Leads integration of suppliers, processes, materials, data and technology to meet requirements.
Participates in source selection to ensure manufacturing requirements are met.
Develops tooling requirements from design to end-of-use disposition.
Leads investigation and resolution of complex manufacturing issues.
Leads producibility assessments of design concepts.
Drafts and reviews processes to support regulatory requirements.
Translates design requirements EBOM to MBOM for part demand in production system.
