HonorVet Technologies in Irvine, CA seeks a Manufacturing Engineer II to support lifecycle management of current and future products, collaborating with R&D, procurement, QA, and production to maintain and improve processes.

The role requires a Bachelor's or higher in Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering, 2 years direct engineering experience, and strong cross-functional teamwork; knowledge of Verification & Validation and FMEA is a plus.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or higher in Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering required.
• 2 years of directly related engineering experience.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple locations and levels of management.
• Verification and Validation experience.
• FMEA and Risk Analysis is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Supports End of Life (EOL) component changes, from simple resistor changes to major assembly changes to assure continuous uneventful production is maintained.
• Assures component changes are properly assessed to assure the change is supported by objective evidence and maintains compliance with product specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Assures component changes are properly introduced to assure continuous, uneventful production.
• Assures PCB assemblies are correctly designed, tested, and released into production.
• Support or lead continuous improvement projects to support Operational Excellence activities.
• Support Design Reviews for Tech-Transfer and R&D projects.
• Provides second line technical/scientific process support.
