PAY RANGE: $94/hr. (If primary residence is not local, mobilization and demobilization of $500 each and per diem of $135/day)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze, Design, develop and implement theElectrical Maintenancetraining program.
- Integrate program curriculum into a predictable training schedule.
- Analyze student performance gaps and applyappropriate remediation.
- Analyze exam results for understanding of student and/or program shortfalls.
- Provide oversight of student behaviors and demonstration of knowledge comprehension
- Resolve programmatic gaps from student feedback and management observations.
- Timely communication of program challenges and student academic performance gaps
- Maintain program configuration control through the Vision™software database.
- Apply “Adaptive Learning” asappropriate.
- Execute GDAR mode for missing milestones, program delays, and gapsidentifiedunder self-assessments.
- Implement On-The-Job -Training (OJT) and laboratory evaluations.
- Participate in Academic Review Boards
- In field observations ofElectrical Maintenance technicians
- Maintainrelationshipwith the line organization byparticipating, as needed, in hiring/selection process, training committees, job performance analysis and peer group calls.
Job Qualifications
Education
- BS degree preferred(notrequired)in engineering/physical scienceor equivalent experience
- PreferredINPO or site certified instructor of accredited program
Experience: Training
- Preferred:5+ years of providing knowledge and skills-based training toelectrical maintenance techniciansin anuclearaccredited program, or
- 5+ years oftraining electrical maintenance techniciansin non-nuclear field
- 5+ years in designing accreditednucleartrainingprograms; Schedule/Curriculum/Governance, or
- 5+ yearsin designing non-nuclear trainingprogramsforelectrical maintenancetechnicians
- Preferred – 5+ years asanelectrical maintenance technicianor supervisor.
OR
Non-Nuclear field experience
- 5+ years non-nuclearelectrical maintenancetechnician or supervisor(e.g.gas,oil, coal,hydro,chemical.manufacturing)
