The ideal candidate has 5+ years of electrical experience, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of electrical experience or equivalent education/experience.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Team-oriented with ability to work in a fast-paced plant.

Responsibilities

• Test and troubleshoot machinery and heavy equipment using electrical theory.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic malfunctions.
• Plan, direct, and record maintenance standards.
• Recommend modifications or replacement of faulty equipment.
