Position Overview

We seek a skilled, safety-focused Electrical Maintenance Technician to ensure personnel and asset safety, improve equipment reliability, and support capital projects. The role involves responding to emergency and downtime events, maintaining electrical systems, troubleshooting, and supporting continuous improvement. The shift is from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, 4 days on, 4 days off, Monday through Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety policies and OSHA regulations
• Diagnose failures and perform repairs using technical manuals
• Maintain and repair electrical systems and equipment
• Repair complex electrical components like drives, HMIs, PLCs
• Perform wiring and conduit installation
• Support troubleshooting and problem-solving under pressure
• Manage parts inventory and ordering
• Assist engineers and support mechanical maintenance
• Follow preventive maintenance schedules
• Document repairs and suggest process improvements
• Collaborate with team members and support facility needs

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience
• Strong safety commitment and technical knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a team and support production needs

Preferred qualifications include an Associate's Degree or Journeyman’s card, with 5-8 years of experience.
