Job summary

Alleima is seeking a Maintenance Technician – Electrical for our Scottdale, PA site. You will perform preventive maintenance on production equipment, troubleshoot electrical, electronic and mechanical systems, and work with 3-phase systems up to 480V.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school degree preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting and diagnosing electrical, electronic and mechanical systems.
• Industrial maintenance background with safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on production equipment, motors, and machinery
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control system issues
• Work with 3-phase electrical systems and industrial voltage ranges (120V-480V)
• Maintain and troubleshoot DC drive systems and motor controls
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals
• Support efforts to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability
• Assist in fabrication, equipment repair, and mechanical troubleshooting as needed
• Follow all safety procedures, including lockout/tagout (LOTO)
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
