Job summary

MITER Brands in Venice, Florida is seeking an experienced Maintenance Tech - Electrician to join our team. The role focuses on mechanical and electrical maintenance in a manufacturing environment, with emphasis on safety, communication, and continuous improvement.

Candidates should have 5+ years in manufacturing, basic industrial electricity knowledge, PLC experience a plus, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing plant experience.
• Technical or trade school degree preferred.
• Basic understanding of industrial electricity.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on equipment in assigned area.
• Troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance.
• Document work orders and Proteus entries.
• Coordinate with supervision and other maintenance staff.
• Work with outside contractors on projects.
