Foxconn is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate will use precision instruments, read schematics, and follow safety standards to ensure safe, efficient operations and regulatory compliance on site in the Houston area.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience; degree not required.

Responsibilities

• Use precision instruments to ensure components meet specifications.
• Record production, repair, and machine maintenance information.
• Test, diagnose and repair electrical issues on industrial equipment, including motors, control panels, sensors, relays, and wiring.
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance on electrical systems to ensure safe and efficient daily operation.
• Install and maintain electrical components of manufacturing machinery.
• Utilize testing devices to locate electrical malfunctions.
• Analyze, review and understand electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Participate and coordinate with maintenance personnel and production teams to support failure analysis and routine equipment upgrades.
• Ensure all work complies with electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
• Maintain detailed logs and tracking systems for maintenance of activities and records.

Electrical Maintenance Technician (G-Project)

We are seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician to install,maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operations. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot electrical issues, perform preventative and corrective maintenance, collaborate with maintenance and production teams, and adhere to all safety and regulatory standards. This role is key to minimizing equipment down time and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibility

Use precision instruments to ensure components meet specifications.

Record production, repair, and machine maintenance information.

Test, diagnose and repair electrical issues on industrial equipment, including motors, control panels, sensors, relays, and wiring.

Conductroutine preventive maintenance on electrical systems to ensure safe and efficientdailyoperation.

Install andmaintainelectrical components of manufacturing machinery.

Utilizetesting devices (e.g., multimeters, ammeters, oscilloscopes) tolocateelectricalmalfunctions.

Vast knowledge of operating Energy Dispersive Spectrometer (EDS) equipment.

Analyze,reviewand understandelectrical blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

Participate and coordinate with maintenance personnel and production teams to support failure analysisandroutine equipment upgrades.

Ensure all workcomplies withelectrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards

Maintain detailed logs and tracking systems formaintenance ofactivities and records.

Experience/Education
