Job summary

KI's Manufacturing plant in Bonduel seeks a Maintenance Technician focused on electrical work for the first shift. The role maintains and troubleshoots production equipment, requires basic electrical knowledge, and demands a self-directed, team-oriented approach with weekend rotations during peak production.

Welding experience is a plus; training for forklift and highlift/scissor lift certifications is provided. Benefits include health coverage, 401K/ESOP, and on-site care resources.

Qualifications

• Basic electrical knowledge using 110/220 (possible 480) voltage.
• Mechanically inclined with general shop experience.
• Welding experience a plus; self-directed and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Use a variety of hand, power and measuring tools to diagnose and repair equipment.
• Assemble, install, maintain, and repair plant manufacturing equipment.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and diagrams for electrical layouts and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with maintenance, engineers and tool & die teams on projects.
