Job summary

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair and inspect overhead cranes and hoists.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Interface with customers and office to repair equipment.
• Evaluate and recommend repairs for customers.
• Maintain rapport with customers and ensure timely job completion.
• Service crane systems including installations, inspections, warranty work and breakdowns.
• Document service actions via reports and checklists.
• Maintain professional presentation, timeliness, and organization.
