Responsibilities:
  1. Perform all duties and responsibilities required of an Electrical Mechanical technician.
  2. Complete maintenance functions on building, machinery, mechanical equipment, and physical structures independently.
  3. Conduct diagnostic and troubleshooting inspections of equipment, making adjustments and repairs as necessary.
  4. Construct machine components as required.
  5. Perform electrical and electronic work including designing and installing electrical circuits and controls.
  6. Perform general building maintenance duties.
  7. Construct and repair structures and fixtures from wood, plywood, and wallboard following instructions.
  8. Troubleshoot, repair, and service hydraulic systems, including changing valves and similar adjustments.
  9. Troubleshoot/Repair/Replace/Install Servo Control systems.
  10. Use laptop to troubleshoot PLC controls.
  11. Train and develop other maintenance personnel.
  12. Complete paperwork such as job cards, inspection reports, logs.
  13. Work late evenings, early mornings, or other unscheduled hours for emergency repairs.
  14. Maintain a neat, clean, organized work area.
  15. Ensure quality and safety of work and compliance with company policies.
Requirements:

Required: High school diploma and at least four years of industrial maintenance experience.

Preferred: Associate's degree in industrial technology with emphasis in industrial maintenance and four or more years of experience.
