Electrical Maintenance Technician 2nd/3rd Shift

• Troubleshoot, install, and repair all aspects of Automatic, Robotic, and CNC machinery.
• Maintain and repair Automated Paint Lines, Setting Presses, Automated Welders, CNC Grinders, Robots, and other complex machinery.
• Support all equipment and machinery, including PLC programming and modifications, HMI programming, and servo controllers.
• Operate and reset Fanuc and Denso Robots.
• Teach and touch up robot positions for material handling paths.
• Plan, install, diagnose, and repair electrical/electronic components; replace defective parts; test units; and make adjustments.
• Prepare wiring diagrams to document changes.
• Perform mechanical repairs as needed, regardless of pay grade.
• Support continuous improvement activities.
• Record all work in the SAP system.
• Perform other duties as necessary to support production.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least four years of experience in a manufacturing environment working with Control Systems, PLCs, CNC Controls, Robots, PCs, and HMIs.
• Knowledge of prints, schematics, and documentation for installation, modification, and repair.
• Understanding of machine communication cables and LAN components.
• Ability to work safely in electrical control panels of various voltage levels.
• Qualified to work in electrical panels up to 480 volts, verified by a practical demonstration.
• Strong computer, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
• Robot operation and teaching certification (preferred).
