Job summary

Hayward Holdings Inc. seeks a Maintenance Technician to install, maintain and repair electrical systems across our world-leading pool equipment lines. The role involves working with control panels, wiring, and production equipment, with emphasis on safety and reliability.

The position requires multi-craft experience, reading blueprints, and strong communication skills. First shift is 5:00 am–3:30 pm, with a 4–5 day work week and potential overtime; salary up to $42/hour plus quarterly bonus.

Qualifications

• Journeyman or Master Electrician license required.
• 5 years electrical/controls experience.
• Must read and interpret schematics/blueprints.
• Ability to pass Hayward forklift certification.
• Physically able to perform demanding tasks (lifting, climbing).

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical equipment and parts, such as control panels.
• Work can be physically demanding, including crawling and climbing.
• Diagnose electrical problems with production equipment.
• Communicate with OEM equipment tech support for assistance.
• Complete electrical installations from 120-460 volts and troubleshoot circuits.
