Job summary

Versa Designed Surfaces is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance manager in daily plant and equipment tasks within a high-speed extrusion and printing environment. The role requires strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, ability to read schematics, and adherence to safety standards.

Shifts include 2nd and 3rd, with potential overtime. Candidates should be able to lift 50 lbs and operate related tools, with comprehensive benefits and a clear pathway for growth.

Qualifications

• Educational equivalent to graduation from an accredited four-year high school is required.
• Must possess strong mechanical aptitude.
• Must be able to read and implement oral and written instructions.
• Must be able to perform duties safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Maintenance Manager in daily plant and machinery maintenance.
• Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial equipment.
• Work in a fast-paced extrusion and roto gravure printing environment.
• Maintain, install, troubleshoot, and repair AC & DC motors, transformers, and rectifiers.
