Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician for our client in New Bern, NC. This is an opportunity to work with a leading global manufacturer of consumer goods committed to innovation, safety, and employee development.

  • Location: New Bern, NC
  • Pay: $28.32 – $40.00/hour + 6% Shift Differential
  • Shifts Available: 2nd Shift | 3:30pm – 1:30am

What You’ll Do:

  • Troubleshoot and maintain complex electrical systems and PLCs (Siemens experience required)
  • Calibrate, build, and repair electronic/robotic equipment per schematics
  • Lead root cause analysis and support TPM initiatives
  • Document all maintenance work using SAP PM system
  • Mentor and train junior technicians in controls and troubleshooting

What We’re Looking For:

  • Associate degree in Electronics or Industrial/Electrical Systems required
  • 5–7 years of experience in a technical manufacturing environment
  • Expertise in PLC troubleshooting and programming (Siemens)
  • Ability to read schematics and repair electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Strong communication, computer, and documentation skills
