Electrical Automation Services in Hiram, OH seeks a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment in a manufacturing facility. You’ll work nights on a 12-hour 2-2-3 rotation, independently handling common issues and collaborating on more complex repairs with the team.

The role requires 3+ years of industrial maintenance, PLC troubleshooting, and the ability to read schematics; welding and PLC programming are a plus.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
• 3+ years industrial maintenance experience or equivalent.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of production equipment, electrical systems, motors, VFDs, sensors and controls.
• Read schematics; use diagnostic tools; PLC troubleshooting required.
• Welding a plus; basic computer skills; follow safety practices.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to production equipment issues and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems.
• Repair and maintain production machinery, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Read electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics to support troubleshooting and repairs.
• Independently troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment, including PLC I/O diagnostics and ladder logic faults.
• Perform preventive maintenance and keep accurate maintenance records.
• Identify recurring problems and help develop lasting fixes.
• Request parts and supplies needed for repairs and maintenance.
• Follow plant safety procedures and food manufacturing quality practices.

Location: Hiram, OHPay: $34.10–$36.70/hr, plus a $2.10/hr premium for 12-hour nights.Shift: Nights, 12-hour 2-2-3 rotation.We’re seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment in a manufacturing facility.
