Electrical Automation Services in Hudson, OH, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment in a manufacturing facility. The role requires independent problem solving and collaboration with the maintenance team on complex repairs.

The position offers nights, 12-hour shifts with a 2-2-3 rotation. Candidates should have 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience, PLC diagnostics, schematic reading, and safety best practices.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED; technical training preferred.
• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience or equivalent.
• Experience troubleshooting production equipment, electrical systems, motor controls, VFDs, sensors, and controls.
• Able to read schematics and use diagnostic tools.
• PLC troubleshooting required; PLC programming a plus.
• Welding experience is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and safety practices.
