Electrical Automation Services is hiring an Electrical Maintenance Technician for an on-site role in Hayneville, AL. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, controls, and electromechanical systems across a high-speed production line in a distillery/beverage facility.

The role requires 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, strong electrical troubleshooting skills, and familiarity with SAP/CMMS for work order documentation.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician certification or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing or beverage-related facilities.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Experience with automated manufacturing equipment and safety standards.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems, control circuits, motors, VFDs, PLCs, instrumentation and automated equipment.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on plant equipment.
• Assist with installation, commissioning, startup, and validation of new capital equipment.
• Document work orders and maintenance history in SAP or CMMS.

Location: This position is on-site in Hayneville, AL. Please apply only if you live within 37 miles of Hayneville.Position SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to support the operation, reliability, and continuous improvement of a high-speed distillery and beverage production facility.
