Electrical Automation Services in Tallassee, AL is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Technician to support a high-speed beverage production facility. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical and control systems, reading schematics, wiring diagrams and PLC logic to minimize downtime and ensure safety.

The role requires hands-on PM/PdM, SAP/CMMS, and collaboration with operations, engineering, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician or equivalent experience preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience troubleshooting automated manufacturing equipment in production setting.
• Strong understanding of electrical safety, LOTO, and industrial maintenance best practices.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems, control circuits, motors, motor controls, VFDs, PLCs, instrumentation, and automated production equipment.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and utility equipment.
• Diagnose equipment failures using electrical schematics and PLC logic.
• Support production by responding to breakdowns and minimizing downtime.
• Maintain conveyors, pumps, compressors, packaging and bottling equipment.
• Assist with installation, commissioning, startup, and validation of new equipment and capital projects.

Please apply only if you live within 37 miles of Tallassee.Position SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to support the operation, reliability, and continuous improvement of a high-speed distillery and beverage production facility.
