Collins Aerospace, an RTX company, seeks an Engineering Electrical Maintenance Technician in Santa Isabel, PR. You will plan and perform complex maintenance, testing, and calibration of electronic and electromechanical systems, ensuring compliance with EH&S directives and schedules.

The role is onsite in Puerto Rico, with no relocation offered; candidate must reside in PR at start. Strong English/Spanish communication is essential.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• U.S. citizenship is required to access program information.

Responsabilidades

• Assist design, development, and implementation of engineering solutions.
• Collect, analyze, and document test data to standards.
• Prepare technical reports, schematics, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with engineers to meet project goals and timelines.
• Ensure all work complies with policies, industry standards, and safety rules.
• Participate in investigations or RTRP processes and resolve issues with minimal supervision.
• Manage documentation such as SW, PM, and OPM recommendations.
