Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; minimum five years of related experience.
• Five years in electrical maintenance, including at least three in petrochemical/refinery.
• Proficient in data collection, analysis and documentation.
• AS400 and strong interpersonal/communication skills.
• Willingness to take over responsibilities and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of CFB maintenance technicians to ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Lead process improvements and coordinate with engineering for best practices.
• Monitor budgets and expenses; assist with cost tracking and reporting.
• Support process safety management, including MOC, PSI, and pre-start reviews.
• Develop staff through collaboration with supervisor and manager.
