Location: Virginia | Full-Time | Day Shift with On-Call Availability

We’re looking for an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to lead critical operations across utilities, cranes, mobile equipment, and facilities. What You’ll Do:

• Lead and supervise maintenance operations across utilities, overhead cranes, mobile equipment, and building systems.
• Drive predictive, preventive, and proactive maintenance strategies to reduce downtime and boost productivity.
• Train and coach team members in troubleshooting, safety, and continuous improvement methodologies (5S, Kaizen, QIS, Six Sigma).
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless operations and equipment reliability.
• Conduct performance audits, trend analysis, and implement corrective action plans.
• Administer safety programs and emergency preparedness procedures.
• Utilize Maintenance Management Software and CAD tools for planning and documentation.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferred) or 7+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Current Electrical License in Virginia (required).
• 5–7 years of supervisory experience in a heavy manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of AC/DC systems, motors, transformers, and mechanical/electrical troubleshooting.
• Experience with HVAC, baghouses, switch yards, and truck scale systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project, and maintenance software tools.
• A leadership mindset with a focus on safety, quality, and team development.
