This is a full time, exempt position.
Responsibilities
Comply fully with local and ADM’s safety standards and promote initiatives. Help ensure the maintenance department meets goals for safety and health, environment, product quality, processing, costs and efficiency.
Ensure a good understanding of current standard methodologies (elements) and deploy those agreed to in the business.
Provide technical support for electrical installations, troubleshooting, and maintenance
Works with Engineering Teams to develop innovative ways for maintaining new and existing electrical equipment.
Mentor and provide guidance to electrical skilled crafts and contractors on Reliability Strategies and Technologies.
Writes and update maintenance procedures and all pertinent documents.
Participates in the development of maintenance strategies for electrical assets
Supports execution of Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) process on existing electrical assets
Develops and modifies job plans to follow best maintenance practices
Maintains communications between maintenance, engineering, and technical projects
Works with the Reliability Engineer to integrate PM's and predictive/diagnostic work into the Preventive Maintenance Program
Audits compliance for Quality Precision Maintenance into the Maintenance Program.
Bill of material creation for electrical assets
Adheres to all ADM and NFPA 70E electrical safety guidelines
Builds and designs job packages including scheduling of testing and repair of electrical assets

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities
Proven experience in electrical maintenance with assets such as MCC’s, Switchgear, transformers working with voltages greater than 480V is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent leadership and organizational skills
Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Computerized Maintenance Systems, (CMMS)
Ability to work efficiently within a team environment
Individual must be accurate and dependable, with a positive demeanor and adopting change in a dynamic manufacturing environment
Training and/or experience with the basics of planning and scheduling preferred.
Must understand the root cause analysis along with other basics of system knowledge.
Must be very details oriented with maintenance experience rebuilding/maintaining electrical assets.

Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a journeyman or master electrician in an industrial electrical setting, or equivalent experience as an electrical engineer
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field
Experience working with voltages greater than 480V
ADM requires the successful completion of a background check.
Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.
If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
The pay range for this position is expected to be between:
$58,100.00 - $108,000.00
