Job summary

Johnson Service Group is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Planner in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, to plan, schedule, and coordinate electrical and process controls maintenance for reliable plant operations. The role collaborates with Maintenance, Operations, Warehouse, Contractors, and Reliability to improve uptime and maintenance execution.

Requirements include post-high-school degree or Journeyman Certification, 3+ years planning electrical work and 5+ years electrical experience, CMMS experience

Qualifications

• Post-high school degree or Journeyman Certification.
• 3+ years planning electrical work; 5+ years electrical experience.
• CMMS experience required (IFS preferred).
• Strong computer skills; advanced Excel proficiency.
• ATF possessor's clearance required; MSHA 40-hour training required.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily/weekly/monthly and long-range electrical/process controls schedules.
• Coordinate contractor and temporary labor as needed.
• Administer the CMMS (IFS): work orders, master data, reporting, and history.
• Support preventive/predictive maintenance programs for electrical department.
• Assist with electrical budgeting/forecasting and cost control.
