Job summary
Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical bias) in Warrington for a 37.5-hour week. The role is on-site, with day and night shifts and overtime; salary is £50,700 plus overtime paid at time and a third and weekends at double time.
The position offers a permanent, full-time contract with a modern site, competitive pay progression, and a strong pension scheme. You’ll maintain and improve high-volume automated production lines and work closely with production
Qualifications
- Time-served apprenticeship + ONC (or higher) in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
- Post-apprenticeship experience in an industrial/manufacturing setting.
- Strong electrical fault-finding and maintenance skills.
- Knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Confident using CMMS and other computer-based systems.
Responsibilities
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on automated machinery.
- Identify and resolve breakdowns efficiently to minimise downtime.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and inspection standards.
- Work closely with Production and Quality teams to optimise processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and reliability initiatives.
