Job summary

Fives Group is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician to perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery, ensuring safety and high availability. The role requires PLC/HMI experience, instrumentation knowledge, and the ability to lead during critical shutdowns, with strong documentation and safety practices.

Candidates should have a completed technical education in electrical technology and at least 5 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

5 years in industrial electrical maintenance and automation (preferred).
Experience leading during critical shutdowns or outages.

Responsibilities

Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective electrical maintenance on industrial machinery and installations, ensuring safety and high availability.
Perform advanced diagnostics and interventions on PLC/HMI and automation networks; install/commission new equipment.
Develop automation improvements and poka-yoke solutions to reduce downtime and risk.
Lead electrical/automation interventions during critical shutdowns with defined strategy and safe sequence.
Provide guidance to junior electricians and document work orders with 5S and traceability.
