Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor's in Engineering preferred.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting and schematic reading skills.
• Understanding of electrical systems, components, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with engineering drawings and design interpretation.
• Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis abilities.
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with manufacturing to resolve electrical design and production issues.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and implement corrective actions on the production floor.
• Review designs and ensure compliance with manufacturing capabilities (DFM).
• Support design reviews and provide feedback to engineering teams.
• Document and communicate improvement opportunities to reduce rework and cost.
• Analyze and support standardization and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to improve design integration.
• Support root cause analysis and quality improvement efforts.
