This role bridges design models with field installation to meet code compliance and operational readiness.

You will supervise heavy electrical work, manage rigging and placement of equipment, verify NEC adherence, and document field changes for the design team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years as an industrial electrician with switchgear experience.
• Strong ability to interpret schematics and three-phase diagrams.
• Proven leadership in managing industrial electrical crews.

Responsibilities

• Crew Leadership: Direct a team of industrial electricians and Leadmen.
• Equipment Rigging & Placement: Oversee heavy equipment transport and placement.
• Code & Schema Compliance: Ensure NEC and design prints alignment.
• As-Built Documentation: Record field changes for design team.
