Job summary

General Motors seeks a Launch Electrical Process Coordinator to act as a key technical resource during vehicle launches, ensuring electrical BoO requirements, standards, and best practices are implemented across GM facilities and supplier sites.

You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Product Development, and suppliers to support deployment, validation, and continuous improvement of electrical processes and in-process testing systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
• At least 1 year with automotive electrical systems or subsystems.
• Previous leadership as Group Leader or Team Leader.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional Electrical Team to identify and resolve vehicle quality concerns.
• Ensure BoO requirements and manufacturing specs are met across GM facilities.
• Lead investigation and resolution of electrical process and tester issues; drive CAPAs.
• Support launch activities including virtual builds, validation, and production readiness.
• Monitor launch metrics and quality indicators to identify trends and improvements.
