Qualifications
Must be a US Person (US Citizen, US Permanent Resident, or Green Card holder).
Responsibilities
Lead the electrical testing laboratory, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to safety protocols.
Conduct hands‑on testing of battery cells, modules, packs, and systems, collaborating closely with engineering teams.
Support the development and execution of test plans for electrical and avionics systems.
Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics on electrical systems and components at the benchtop level.
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of high‑quality engineering documentation related to testing procedures and results.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of components and materials for testing.
Participate in the development of test setups, including Processor-in-the-Loop and Hardware-in-the-Loop simulations.
Support aircraft ground and flight test campaigns, providing technical expertise and assistance as needed.
Ensure compliance with military and commercial standards during testing and validation processes when needed.
