Job summary

General Motors is seeking an Electrical Journeyman to support automotive and EV manufacturing operations within our Skilled Labor team. This on-site role will install, troubleshoot and maintain industrial electrical systems, motors, PLCs, controls and power distribution to keep production running safely and reliably.

You’ll interpret schematics, follow NEC and GM safety standards, perform preventive maintenance and support line upgrades.

Qualifications

• Experience as an electrical journeyman in manufacturing.
• Ability to interpret schematics and electrical drawings.
• Commitment to safety and GM standards.
