Job summary

Getty is seeking a Journeyman electrician in Los Angeles to maintain, troubleshoot, replace and install electrical circuits, equipment and lighting. You will inspect and test electrical systems, ensure safety procedures are followed and verify conformance with local codes.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of Journeyman experience, a California driver's license with clean record, and preference for an electrician's license.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a Journeyman electrician.
• California driver’s license with <3 DMV points.
• Electrician’s license preferred.
• High School/GED required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots, repairs, inspects, tests, and maintains electrical systems and equipment.
• Replaces ballasts and light bulbs at Getty facilities.
• Sets up and removes power and lighting for events.
• Ensures motors, transformers and lighting fixtures installed per specs.
• Inspects completed work for local building/safety code compliance.
