Job summary

Bates Electric, a veteran-owned electrical contractor serving the Tampa Bay area, seeks an on-site supervisor for commercial construction projects. You will oversee field staff, coordinate with General Contractors, ensure quality workmanship and safety, and manage change orders.

Responsibilities include tracking labor hours, ordering materials from our internal database, and keeping projects within budget while using remote access tools to assist project management.

Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial electrical construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical trade and NEC codes.
• Ability to read blueprints and coordinate staff.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Ability to direct on-site staff clearly.
• Proficient computer skills for project management.
• Clean driving record.

Compensation package:

• Position is hourly and is reviewed during the interview process **
