Job summary

HDR is seeking an Electrical Intern to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, employee-owned environment in Indianapolis, Indiana. You will work under supervision on engineering projects that power infrastructure and digital systems.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in an engineering program, possess strong problem-solving and communication skills, and have basic Microsoft Office proficiency. This internship focuses on learning, mentorship, and teamwork within a supportive culture.

In the role of Electrical Intern, we'll count on you to:

Preferred Qualifications

• Prefer 2 years completed toward degree with 3.0+ GPA
• Demonstrated knowledge of software packages related to field of study/industry
• Local candidates preferred

Required Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate Engineering program
• Possess strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Basic Microsoft Office skills
