Job summary

Yulista Integrated Solutions LLC seeks an Electrical Integrator to assemble, install, test, troubleshoot, and repair electrical/electronic systems for military platforms. You will read schematics and blueprints and work with engineering to ensure design intent during prototype builds.

Responsibilities include using meters and oscilloscopes, handling Mil-Spec connectors, and performing precise measurements. A high school diploma with related coursework is required; travel and security clearance

Qualifications

  • High school diploma with additional college/technical school coursework in related skill set preferred.
  • 5+ years’ experience in Aerospace, Military, Defense, Manufacturing, Assembly or similar background preferred.
  • Willingness to travel if needed.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble, install, test, troubleshoot, and repair electrical/electronic systems and components for military platforms.
  • Read and interpret complex schematics, drawings, and modification instructions to ensure proper prototype builds.
  • Use test equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, RF monitors) to verify functionality.
  • Communicate progress and results to Project Manager/Lead in writing and verbally.

Job description

Yulista Integrated Solutions LLC Regular PRIMARY FUNCTION The Electrical Integrator assembles, installs, test, troubleshoots, and repairs electrical/electronic systems and components in support of various military platforms. The position requires an in-depth knowledge of electrical/electronic and mechanical principals, equipment and shop practices. The ability to read, interpret, and execute to complex schematics, drawings, sketches, engineering blueprints, and modification instructions and work closely with the engineering team to provide input and ensure proper intent on prototype builds.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Must have a thorough understanding of AC and DC principals.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of simplistic tasks associated with the fabrication and assembly of electrical/electronic, mechanical, and hardware assemblies.
  • Ability to use various test equipment such as multi-meters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, frequency generators, RF monitors, etc.
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, sketches, engineering blue prints, and modification instructions for installing, fabricating and testing a variety electrical systems and components for various military ground support systems.
  • Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the electrical/electronic field.
  • Knowledge of Mil-SPEC connectors
  • Must be or have the ability to obtain IPC/WHMA-A-620 certification.
  • Must have good working knowledge of general fabrication shop tools and equipment.
  • Ability to perform simple shop math, read a caliper, tape measure, precision measuring tools, multitask, and adjust to flexible work requirements.
  • Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field required.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Must be able to communicate work completion via written and oral presentations to Project Manager/Lead.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position has the responsibility and authority to carry out assigned task with no supervisory responsibilities. However, personnel who demonstrate consistent leadership and communications skills, combined with technical knowledge, quick and proactive involvement with people and processes are generally considered for promotion as a lead and subsequently acquire grater roles and success within the organization.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
  • Intermediate computer skills specifically using Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn additional computer skills or software programs.
  • Ability to enter data accurately into databases.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Must be able work effectively and cooperatively with all levels of management and staff.
  • Must be trustworthy – will handle confidential information routinely
  • Effective oral and technical written communication skills to effectively and clearly communicate information to others.
  • Ability to use general office equipment such as fax, phone, copier, etc.
  • Ability to follow a process.
  • Strong professional customer service skills, including active listening, prompt service and follow-up.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data and consider decision impact across multiple areas.
  • Strong decision analysis and problem solving skills; ability to draw conclusions and justify decisions. Must be able to communicate issues to management and regulatory agencies
  • Ability to learn and understand corporate policies and procedures and how they relate to Yulista goals.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical computations, detect unobvious facts and issues, and exercise resourcefulness in resolving problems.
  • Must be able to work independently and stay on task with minimal supervision
  • Ability to multi-task.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must have a high school diploma with additional college/technical school course work in a related skill set preferred.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in Aerospace, Military, Defense, Manufacturing, Assembly or similar background preferred.
  • Must be willing to travel if needed to complete customer requirements for the project.
  • Ability to pass a drug and background screening.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a govern security clearance.
